The Southerners Netball season is off to a flying start with 17 new players joining us on court and two strong wins on the first night of the Bangkok Netball League (BNL)!
Unfortunately one of those wins involved our two Division 1 teams having to play against each other…but all said and done, it was an awesome game with strong defence, awesome shooting from both teams and nothing but speed through the midcourt!
This year Southerners have entered three netball teams into the BNL – two playing competitive level in Division 1 and one team playing social level in Division 2.
With strength in all three teams I see yet another strong season ahead for the Southo girls – got to be in to win!
